Free includes 3 proposals sent a month (by email or by link), unlimited drafts and clients, the Minimal proposal design, online accept and change requests, PDF download, and bank transfer, Wise and custom payment methods. Your proposals, PDFs and client emails carry a small QuoteFyn badge.

Pro is $12 per month or $120 per year: unlimited proposals sent, all proposal designs, Stripe and PayPal deposits paid straight to you, saved quote templates and no QuoteFyn branding. Agency is $29 per month or $288 per year: everything in Pro, plus fully white-label (your logo as the proposal icon, no QuoteFyn in link previews or PDF details), your name and reply-to on client emails, and your brand color on every design. Prices are in USD; taxes are added at checkout where they apply.

Yes. Cancel in Billing and your plan won't renew. You keep your paid features until the end of the period you paid for, then move to Free. Your quotes, clients and services stay.

Yes. Email support@quotefyn.com from your account email within 14 days of your payment with the invoice number from Billing → Invoices. Approved refunds go back to your original payment method and usually show up within 7–10 business days, depending on your bank.

Payments go straight to you. In Settings → Payments you connect your own Stripe or PayPal account, or add bank transfer, Wise or any other payment method. When your client accepts a proposal, they pay the deposit through the methods you chose, directly into your account.

No. QuoteFyn never holds your clients' money and takes no commission. Stripe or PayPal charge their usual fees on your own account; bank transfers and other manual methods go directly to you, and you confirm them on the quote.

Your account and proposals are only visible to you. Proposal links use long random tokens, drafts are never public, and connected payment credentials are encrypted at rest and never shown in full. Everything is served over HTTPS.

Only people you share the link with. Proposal pages are never indexed by search engines, and you can see when a client opens yours.

Yes. Settings → Account → Delete account permanently removes your account, services, clients, quotes and payment settings. Cancel any paid plan in Billing first so you aren't charged again.
